TVH celebrates its 50th anniversary
Establishment of GEM One nv. GEM One is a fleet management telematics solution.
Acquisition of the German Industrie-Service-Jung GmbH & Co, now TVH Deutschland.

TVH Group consists of two business units: TVH Parts Holding and mateco Holding.

Acquisition of the parts activities of EMC in Australia and New Zealand.
Operations begin in Poland.

Acquisition of Tractiv Group (Bepco, Tracpieces, Euresa, Agripieces), supplier of parts and accessories for tractors.
Acquisition of mateco, a rental company for aerial work platforms (branches in Germany, Poland and Luxemburg).
Acquisition of CAM srl, manufacturer of attachments.
2011
Acquisition of GUNCO (former rental division of PON) in the Netherlands. Gunco was the rental division of PON with branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic and Luxemburg.
2009
TVH celebrates its 40th anniversary.
Visit of King Albert II to the headquarters in Waregem, Belgium.
Agreement to become Authorized European Service & Repair Centre for CURTIS.
Supply agreement with CAM s.r.l. (CAM attachments forklift attachments).
2008
Operations begin in New Zealand through acquisition of Lynmar.

Acquisition of the worldwide Material Handling Divisions of IMC Inc., also known as INTRUPA. Intrupa has branches in Europe, Asia, America & Brasil.
2005
Operations begin in the United Arab Emirates and China. TVH now counts 32 branches.
2004
Move to the new site in Waregem (along the E17 highway).
Acquisition of Bozela Parts, Sweden. Today, it is called TVH Nordic AB.
2003
The headquarters of TVH Parts Co, our regional main office located in Kansas (USA) serving the American market, was established through the acquisition of Systems Material Handling Inc in the USA.
Incorporation of TVH Italia for sales of parts.
2002
Launch of the new corporate identity.
Acquisition of Queensland Forklift Spares Pty Ltd. in Australia. Today, it is called TVH Australia Pty Ltd.
2000
Successful launch of TVH Quick Price: an online software tool for pricing & ordering.
Start of the Handling Equipment Division as a separate business unit.
1999
Incorporation of TVH UK Ltd (for sales of parts).
1995
Incorporation of TVH South Africa Pty Ltd (for sales of parts).
First steps in the e-commerce world.
1994
Appointment as Daewoo forklifts dealer for Belgium and Luxemburg. Daewoo became Doosan in 2006.

First TVH representatives in the UK.
1989
Incorporation of TVH Forklift Parts nv: the start of the Forklift Parts Division as a separate business unit.
1987
First attendance at the exhibition CeMAT in Hannover, Germany.
Incorporation of Manupièce SA & first representatives in France for the sales of parts. This is currently known as TVH France sasu.

First attendance at the exhibition Manutention in Paris.

Start setup of the cross-system according to OEM-references. TVH starts to supply parts to resellers.
1979
First visit of Paul Thermote to spare parts suppliers in the USA.
1978
First visit of Paul Vanhalst to Japan for the purchase of second-hand forklifts.
1974
Start of the rental and local maintenance activities.
1973
Incorporation of the company Thermote & Vanhalst pvba: purchase, sales and repair of second-hand forklifts.
Thermote & Vanhalst becomes the importer of Mora forklifts (Italy) for Belgium.
1969
Paul Thermote & Paul Vanhalst set up their agricultural machines & forklifts repair business.
