TVH - GROUP THERMOTE & VANHALST OFFERS TRAININGS WITH AN ADDED VALUE.
During periods of economic recession a lot of companies tend to start cutting back
on trainings for the employees. With their extensive offer of trainings for lift truck
drivers however TVH – group Thermote & Vanhalst wants to stimulate the opposite
reflex.
Invest in safety and efficiency
The time that is currently becoming available in numerous companies, can be filled in
efficiently. The investment in extra trainings for employees pays off and, in addition, holds
an attractive saving in costs in the long run.
After all, well-trained lift truck, reach truck, aerial platform and telescopic lift truck drivers
contribute in different ways to a safer and more efficient working environment. This
concretely means less accidents and consequently less disability to work, less damage to
infrastructure and goods thanks to an adapted driving style, a considerable time-saving
through a more efficient use of the transporting equipment, less failures and wear of the
chains, batteries, brakes, etc.
Quality for a diverse offer
Employers are legally liable to take measures that protect the safety and health of their
employees at work. The diverse offer of tailor-made trainings at TVH certainly meets these
requirements.
The lift truck driver training is offered in 3 modules with a different duration, depending on
the experience of the participants. This also applies to the reach truck driver training,
where participants select modules focused on specific skills. The aerial platform training is
the obvious training for each employee who is required to work with various types of aerial
platforms and takes one day. Those who opt for the standard module telescopic lift truck
receive a 2-day training, while training with specific machines takes 3 takes in this case.
All trainings are offered in the TVH Training Centre, but can also be given at a location as
desired. Thanks to the collaboration of TVH with different sector funds, participating
companies qualify for an interesting contribution. Those who opt for training at TVH, opt
for a quality training given by experienced teachers.
