Take these conditions into account
Below you can find which steps you can follow if you want to return old electronic components.
- Fill in the details of the electronic parts you wish to send to TVH on this form. Mail the document through to your sales advisor with TVH.
- Add a photograph of the parts you offer for sale to the document.
- TVH will draw up an offer and send it through to you. You can then decide whether you will send the parts to TVH or not.
- If you want to send the parts, you need to pass us on the weight and the dimensions of the package. Next, TVH will send you an order number and collect the parts. You can decide for yourself whether you let TVH collect the parts of if you will arrange transport.
- You send TVH an invoice stating the order number.
