5. How is the TVH Quick Source main screen set up?

When you start TVH Quick Source the following screen comes up main screen

Overview of the buttons
new Create a new inquiry/order
edit Edit a selected inquiry/order that has not been sent yet
delete Delete a complete inquiry/order that has not been sent yet
send Send to TVH
put back Put back from the sending status into the input status
export Exports the selected inquiry/order into an Excel file
filter Filter for finding previously made inquiries/orders
details Shows more details of your quote or order
pdf Opens the offer/order in pdf-format, from where it can be printed
text Shows text added to a quote/order
status Shows the status of the connection to the server
refresh Refresh
survey Get a survey of your back orders. Pay attention: you need to activate the order module to be able to consult your back orders!
internet phone Internet phone program to call sales/e-commerce for free (headphone required)
help Help
tvh website Link to the TVH website

exit Exit the programme

Input INQUIRY/ORDER shows the inquiries/orders that you have prepared but had to close and have not been sent to TVH yet.
Sending INQUIRY/ORDER shows the inquiries/orders that will be sent to TVH as soon as the user gets connected to the TVH server.
QUOTE/ORDER in process show the inquiries/orders being handled by TVH.
Confirmed QUOTE or ORDER ready/shipped shows the complete quotes or the orders that have left TVH.

In the upper part of the screen you will see an overview of your inquiries/orders.
In the lower part you will see the details of the selected inquiry/order.
