6. How do I send an Inquiry/Order to TVH?

B. With part number

Click on the button "with part number" or click on new. The Inquiry/Order window will come up.

Remark: The inquiry window and order window are very similar to one another, however in the order window, you are able to specify the delivery address, priority, carrier and delivery method as well.

  • Mandatory fields:
    Fill out the mandatory fields Brand, Part number and Quantity. The default quantity is 1. Change if necessary.
  • Optional fields:
    - Own number: you can put your own inquiry/order number here.
    - Description: keep this field blank
    - Own part number: you can put your own part number here.
Confirm each line with "Enter" or click the confirm line button. Your line will then appear in the list.

Send your inquiry/order to TVH or put it in the tab "Input INQUIRY/ORDER".
Click the send button to send your inquiry/order to TVH
OR:
Click the exit button to close the "Inquiry/Order" window if you want to send it later. The inquiry/order is listed in the "Input inquiry" / "Input Order" tab and cannot be read/processed by TVH until you send it.
