6. How do I send an Inquiry/Order to TVH?

C. Searching without a part number

• The option, "Search by brand and type", will lead to Quick Reference (also directly available in the main screen)
• The option, "Search by dimensions / Part features", will open Product Search (also directly available in the main screen)
• In the main screen you have the option "Catalogue" to browse through all the TVH catalogues

a. Search by brand and type (Quick Reference)


Choose your Equipment type, Brand, Type and/or Serial number if necessary:


Click on and to add and save a new type, to insert a type into Quick Reference, please select the type and click on

one or more of the following buttons will become active:
"Filters" will show a list of periodically replaceable filters and filter parts for the truck type selected.

“Fast moving items” will give you an overview of all fast moving items for the selected truck type.

If no "Fast moving item" is available or if your fork lift truck is not in the list, use the Inquiry Form. You can manually input your data and questions, which are then sent to our research department.



Select the item you need, and click on the basket .

In the basket, click on the “import” button to import the items from the basket into an inquiry/order. You will have the following choice:


After that, the items will appear in the "Input INQUIRY/Input ORDER" tab in the main screen. From there, they can be sent to TVH by clicking on the “send” button .

In your Favorites screen, the history of all your selected truck data in Quick Reference can be found.


Use the "Inquiry Form" if the item does not appear in the list of fast moving items or if the "Fast moving items" button is not active for the brand-type combination you specified. The "Inquiry Form" button is available in every window within Quick Reference.


Fill out all the known forklift truck data. Then click on the button "General" or "Tyres", and describe the item you require in the description box. Press "Enter" after each line, and the line will appear in the text box above.

Click the “Send” button and your inquiry goes straight to the TVH technician. Your inquiry will appear in the "QUOTE in process" tab, until you get an answer from our technician. The quote will then switch to "Confirmed QUOTE".


b. Search by dimensions/part features (Product Search)
In Product Search you can search for certain parts by dimensions. Browse through the different product groups, by selecting the relevant category and fill out your search criteria when required.



Click on the basket import to your basket to inquire or order the part
Click on the camera for a picture of the part

Select the products you want to compare and click on the Compare button to compare maximum 5 parts in 1 overview:



c. Searching by catalogues
By clicking Catalogue you can search for TVH part numbers in the product catalogue or in the master catalogue. Browse through the tree structure of the catalogue by clicking on the '+', or simply enter your key word in the box above.

The buttons below the tree structure will become active when a link to the catalogues is available.
