8. How do I import or export a quote/order to/from Excel?

Import a quote/order from your excel sheet:

Create an Excell file and save it on your hard disk. Mandatory columns are Brand, Part number and quantity.

In the menu "TVH Quick Price" select "Import from File" -> Excel

Fill out the corresponding columns. Brand and Part number are mandatory. If you have any header rows, start importing from the next row.

Locate your Excel file on your hard disk by clicking on locate excel
Click on Import

Export a quote/order
Export a quote/order into your Excel sheet by clicking on export to excel (Exports the selected inquiry/order into an Excel file) and save the file on your pc.
