Execute the following: http://www3.tvh.be/download/quicksource/QSInstaller.exe (case sensitive!)
This link can be found on www.tvh.com/qs/download

Choose "Execute", and the download will start:

At 100%, you may have to confirm that you want to execute
confirm

and choose "Install"
install

Then choose "Close"
