23. How do I make a print screen?

In order to communicate error messages to TVH, please send print screens of any error messages you encounter to ecommerce@tvh.com

1. copy
Press the button "Print Screen" to take a print of the complete screen or press the buttons "Alt + Print Screen" together to take a print of the screen on the foreground only (e.g. only the error message)

You will not see any changes now, but the print screen is now in the computer’s memory.

2. paste
Open a Word document or a new e-mail and press “Ctrl + V” or right-click and choose “paste”
