TVH Quick Source is the new software package from TVH. You can carry out and monitor all your transactions with TVH using this interactive program. The software consists of the following four modules: the familiar, but radically optimised, TVH Quick Price and TVH Customer Services and as well as the new TVH Product Info and TVH Quick Search applications. The package was designed "in-house" by TVH, and uses the most advanced Internet technology.
In other words, TVH Quick Source is an all-in-one package. That means that all catalogues, both in PDF format and interactive, are always accessible immediately for you via this one total package. Click on the links mentioned above to find out more about the various modules.

TVH Quick Price
On-line around the clock!
TVH Quick Price is unique software developed by TVH so that, wherever you are in the world, you can check the availability and price of a part on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Via this system which has been available to you since mid-2000, you have access to over 11.000.000 parts references. At TVH, 72% of all price quotes are already answered on-line.
Order on-line
Of course, you can also order on-line via TVH Quick Price. The ordering program is very user-friendly. In order to cut down the work involved, you can just import previous price quotes into your order. The TVH system records your orders, and guarantees the fastest possible processing.
Track backorders/search function.
With TVH Quick Price, you can also track your backorders. Via the function "search for item number", you are continuously informed about your articles on backorder. You can use this function to search for a particular part for which you previously asked for a price quote or placed an order.
Maintaining delivery addresses
You can add, edit or delete delivery addresses yourself. So you can also easily arrange your direct deliveries to your own customers yourself.
Of course, there is also the possibility of placing orders on-line via TVH Quick Price, which are recorded directly in our system and which are guaranteed to be processed as fast as possible. You can also track your backorders at any time here. Furthermore, TVH Quick Price gives the customer personal access to the TVH Quick Search program (see below)
TVH Product Info
Via the Infocenter in the TVH Product Info module, you can call up all the information about a specific part. This means that you can retrieve the following information in an instant using this advanced tool:a digital photo of the component, the availability in our warehouse, the weight, the technical information sheet of the (interactive) catalogue page on which this part can be found. In addition, you can find the history of the part concerned in your requests for price quotes, orders or returns.Important: In the Infocenter you can search both with TVH item numbers and the original number. The parts searched can also be imported very easily into a request for a price quote or an order.
One mouse click opens the catalogueIf you search for a TVH catalogue number via the Infocenter, then you can see the corresponding page of the catalogue in an instant. You can look through it via the index, to look at other parts. Furthermore, you can print out the catalogue page or save it locally.

A large number of TVH and original numbers are already linked to a digital photo. Thanks to the most advanced Internet technology, you can see the part on your screen in a jiffy.
TVH Customer Services
With TVH Customer Services, TVH offers you the possibility of consulting your price quotes, orders, invoices, various catalogues and much, much more via TVH Quick Source or the TVH website. TVH Customer Services contains a large amount of valuable information that helps you track all your transactions with TVH and even manage your communication with TVH (document management).Moreover, TVH Customer Services give you personal access to the Filter and Handling Equipment catalogue.
Price quotes summary
With "price quote summary" you can consult all your price quotes for the last month. There are various search options for finding something. You can search on price quote number, your reference, date, item number, description or a specific make.
Order summary
With "order summary" you can consult and track all your orders over the last six months. You can even call up orders that are being processed, or those that have already been shipped. Just as with the price quotes, you can search for an order using an order number, your own reference, date, item number, description or a specific make. For orders already shipped, you also receive all the transport info (delivery address, number of packages, weight, transport charges and consignment note number).
Under outstanding invoices, you get a summary of your invoices, broken down by the date when they have to be paid.
In the event of problems you have the possibility of submitting a general or technical problem."General" concerns a general problem that you have with TVH. "Technical" concerns a problem about a part supplied by TVH. You select the order and the order line concerned, and record the problem. This is immediately dealt with by the TVH sales team.
Under the heading documents you can open and download a number of frequently used forms, as well as the TVH price quote form, our general terms and conditions of sale, the form for sending a sample or a repair.
Under document management you can decide for yourself how (fax / e-mail) you receive a particular document (invoice, price quote, etc.). With the Filter and Handling Equipment catalogue, you can search for the part number concerned, using a powerful search engine.

There, you will find any information concerning the possibilities and use of the program. Via TVH Quick Search you can identify for yourself the item numbers for fast
movers (parts subject to wear) for the most common makes and types. Based on the make, type and serial number, you can
very quickly find a part, inquire about price and availability and order the part.In addition, in TVH Quick Search you will find all the information about particular makes of forklift truck (such as technical drawings, photos, etc.) about a complete forklift truck, arranged by product groups. You can also find the part number you are looking for this way.

Via the second option in TVH Quick Search you can consult the information from the interactive catalogue about a specific part or a product group.
