1. Service exchange with return of old unit

Receive a part and send back your old unit

• The surcharge invoice will be fully credited if the surcharge unit is repairable.
• Use the same packing (box, pallet) in which TVH has sent you the motor or the transmission.
• Transport costs are at customers expense; take advantage of our favourable transport conditions.
• 6 months guarantee on all spare parts

2. Service exchange without return of old unit

Receive a part without sending back your old unit (in case the unit is lost or broken)

3. Repair of your unit

Send your damaged spare part, we will send you an estimate quickly

• Remove all oil and coolant!
• Please ensure that the part is well packaged.
