IDENTIFY YOUR OWN PARTS BY USING QUICK-REFERENCE

By using TVH QUICK SOURCE, you can now identify part numbers yourself by clicking the option Quick Reference in the program's main screen, or by right-clicking the option without part number under the section Inquiry and then selecting Search by brand and type (Quick Reference).

 

 

Clicking one of these options will take you to a new screen where you can indicate if you need parts for a truck, engine or transmission.

 

 

After you have selected the correct equipment type, you are prompted to enter the brand, type and serial number (+ any additional info you might have) of the lift truck/engine/transmission you want parts for.

Every lift truck type stated in the brand list will at least show you a list of filters fitted, and for most types also a list of fast-moving items (common items for 22 different areas of the lift truck).

 

 

The 2 easiest ways to find the part you are looking for is to Search by… Group or Description .

 

 

Once the correct part has been found, it can easily be imported into an enquiry/order by selecting the correct part first, and then clicking the shopping cart.

Should the correct part not be mentioned in this screen, you can always select ‘ Inquiry Form ' in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

This will bring up a screen where al the details of the truck/engine/transmission that you already filled out will be presented. If this is ok, then you can select either General or Tyres , depending on the type of part you are looking for.

 

 

Fill out a description of the parts you require, the quantity and press Send . We will send you a reply as soon as we have identified the parts.

TVH Quick Reference currently contains over 395 000 TVH-references and more than 285 000 part pictures.

The program can help you identify fast-moving items for 25 brands and approximately 4000 models.

Furthermore it also contains a complete engine catalogue for 18 brands/139 models, a complete transmission catalogue for 2 brands/241 models and complete parts catalogues with exploded diagrams for 9 brands/54 models of hand pallet trucks.
