TVH launched its renewed Climax website at the beginning of July: www.climaxhandling.com. Climax is a private label of TVH with an extensive range of handling products such as manual, semi-electric and electric pallet trucks, lift tables and stackers. Another product line that is a part of the product range are the electric tugs. The focus of the brand, which has been in existence for 17 years, lies on ergonomics, versatility and durability.
The new website meets the wishes of the customers, who can now easily find the handling product of their choice via filters. All product photographs can be viewed in detail thanks to a zoom function. It is now also possible to can now request an offer using a simple form.
Operating manuals and parts lists
One of the major improvements is that customers can now download the operating manuals and parts lists of their machines through the model of their machine. While the old website was only available in English, the new one can be consulted in 5 languages: English, French, German, Dutch and Polish. This indicates that TVH is eager to invest in the Climax brand, and that it wants to give its handling products a boost in a broader market.
Launch of a new type of electric pallet truck P12
At the end of June, Climax also launched the P12. The new machine - with a 1200 kg capacity - is a compact and fully electric pallet truck, which makes it extremely suitable to work in small, confined spaces. The design is based on durability, with a focus on safety and ergonomics. All information that the user needs, is displayed on the screen of the machine. The contactless key switch and the automatic power-off system help to prevent accidents. The lithium-ion battery allows for mid-shift charges without resulting in a loss of battery capacity. The new plug-in/out system makes changing and recharging batteries fast and easy. The battery is completely charged after two and a half hours.
