TVH has become an important part of the supply chain to critical industries, including agriculture and logistics. Every day that we continue to ship parts is a day that you can keep your machines operational – be it on the field, on the road or in a warehouse.

  • 27/03: Due to the high demand for items such as mouth masks, gloves and cleaning paper, we are temporarily unable to offer a full range of personal protection items. At this stage our warehouses are still fully operational and we are seeing little impact on delivery times and stock availability. We will continue to monitor this and advise if there are any changes that impact on our service levels.

Transport & delivery

Please know that we are doing everything in our power to maintain our usual delivery performance. We will provide regular updates on possible delays.

  • 24/03: Please know that we are doing everything in our power to maintain our usual delivery performance and at this stage, we have been advised by our major freight companies including TNT, TOLL and Couriers Please that there has been little disruption to the on-time performance of our TVH orders. We will provide regular updates on possible delays should they start to occur.

Sales teams & counter desks

Our sales teams remain available via phone, e-mail and our webshop MyTotalSource. While our sales representatives will no longer carry out company visits for now, they remain available for any questions you may have via phone, video conference and e-mail.

  • 27/04:
    Our counter sales and showrooms in all Australian branches will re-open in a limited capacity as of April 27th 2020. We kindly request that you follow the below guidelines:
    - We encourage you to call, email or use our Webshops MTS and MBF to place your order prior to visiting our branches.
    - If you are feeling unwell, please do not enter our showroom as you will be asked to leave.
    - Our showrooms are limited to three customers at a time only. One customer at a time will be served at the sales counter. Please wait until you are asked to proceed to the sales counter.
    - Follow the floor markings to adhere to social distancing requirements. You may-be required to queue at our sales counters and to also access the showroom.
    - Use tap and pay when possible. We encourage you to use your card to pay instead of cash.
    - We have introduced additional measures to keep our team and customers safe including the regular sanitisation of sales counters, door handles etc.
    - Our amenities are for our team members only. This includes our toilets, water refill points and lunchrooms.
    - Please refrain from touching items on display in our showrooms unless you intend to purchase.

Safety is our top priority. We are continuously stressing the importance of safety and hygiene measures to our employees. We have put restrictions on travel and face-to-face meetings, and postponed events such as trade fairs and internal events. Also, we are providing remote working solutions as much as possible.

  • 11/05: Our sales representatives are scheduling company visits again. Social distancing will continue to be observed as well as following any imposed safety measures. They also remain available via telephone and e-mail.
