LANGUAGE SELECTION

MyTotalSource is available in 20 languages: English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Portugese, Italian, Polish,  Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian, Hungarian, Turkish, Czech, Croatian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Romanian or Slovenian.

SETTINGS

Here you find your company and contact details. You can add or change contact persons, change the settings for a courier or delivery addresses and choose wich contact person should get a particular document, such as invoices or order confirmations.

PART INQUIRIES

Here you can enter your price inquiries. You immediately get the price and delivery time, along with a photo and technical details of the part. You can also view your quotes up to 1 year back.

ORDERS

By copying a price inquiry, a quicklist or simply by entering the references you need, you can place an order in 4 easy steps:

  1.  Create your order basket
  2.  Change your order
  3.  View your order
  4.  Finalize and confirm your order

You can also see the orders in process or other orders that have already been shipped.

INVOICES

CLAIMS

In case you should have a complaint, you can file your claim in MyTotalSource. This way you can easily follow up the complaint and you are sure that it will be treated in the fastest possible way, as it is forwarded directly to the correct department.
