TVH is closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary steps to ensure the best possible customer service and support. Nevertheless, our service levels could be impacted. Safety and well-being of our customers, suppliers and employees will always remain our top priority.

Warehouses

TVH has become an important part of the supply chain to critical industries, including agriculture and logistics. Every day that we continue to ship parts is a day that you can keep your machines operational – be it on the field, on the road or in a warehouse.

  • 24/03: Please know that we are doing everything in our power to maintain our usual delivery performance and at this stage, we have been advised by our major freight companies including that there has been some disruption to the on-time performance of our TVH orders. We will provide regular updates on possible delays should they start to impact.
  • 27/03: Due to the high demand for items such as mouth masks, gloves and cleaning paper, we are temporarily unable to offer a full range of personal protection items. We are doing our utmost to replenish our stock.

Sales teams & counter desks

Our sales teams remain available via phone, e-mail and our webshop MyTotalSource. While our sales representatives will no longer carry out company visits for now, they remain available for any questions you may have via phone, video conference and e-mail.

  • 24/03: Our counter sales and order collection facilities will be available as usual.
    We ask all of our customers to ensure that upon arrival they read all signage relevant to safety and hygiene requirements during your visit to ensure the safety of themselves and TVH staff.
    Our sales teams remain available via phone or email and our webshops MyTotalSource and MyBepcoFinder. We kindly request that you ensure that your orders are placed and ready for collection before arriving at our locations nationally. Pre-ordered and packaged orders will be available for collection from our warehouse collection points or you can choose to have these shipped directly to your address.

Safety is our top priority. We are continuously stressing the importance of safety and hygiene measures to our employees. We have put restrictions on travel and face-to-face meetings, and postponed events such as trade fairs and internal events. Also, we are providing remote working solutions as much as possible.
