On 9 October 2015 TVH Parts Holding NV acquired the British company Rentaclamp. Thanks to this acquisition, TVH reinforced its activities in the attachment market for the United Kingdom and Ireland. Since then, Rentaclamp has been completely integrated into TVH UK. In addition to new, refurbished and second-hand attachments for lift trucks, TVH through Rentaclamp can also offer its customers an attachment rental and repair/overhaul service.
Sales, rental and after-sales service for attachments
TVH has an extensive assortment of new and second-hand attachments. The company is also an exclusive distributor for CAM attachments®. The CAM attachments range of hydraulic and mechanical attachments is renowned for its high quality and reliability. The range of fully reconditioned and ‘as is’ second-hand attachments is extremely comprehensive and varied in type and specification. Furthermore TVH also offers a wide variety of parts for attachments. The acquisition of Rentaclamp allows TVH, via Rentaclamp to also offer short- and long-term rental of attachments, and adds a repair/overhaul service to our range.
Full integration
Rentaclamp (Coventry) Ltd was established in July 1976 and has an excellent reputation. In the 12 years before the acquisition, the company was a British distributor of CAM attachments. This long-standing and strong cooperation with TVH has allowed the integration to go smoothly and successfully.
