Dominiek Valcke

Dominiek Valcke joined TVH in 2003 and has been TVH’s Chief Executive Officer since 2018. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for both TVH Global NV and TVH Parts Holding Europe. As CEO, Dominiek is responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth and expansion. He is highly skilled in developing and executing strategies, providing clear guidance, building and motivating high-performing teams, and navigating complex business environments with agility.

Dominiek’s exceptional leadership has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Gulden Spoor Award in 2023, presented by Beweging Vlaanderen-Europa for his significant contributions to the economic development of Flanders. He was also nominated for the Trends Manager of the Year award in both 2023 and 2024.

Before joining TVH, Dominiek earned a master’s degree in Business Engineering. He brings valuable expertise in managing mergers and acquisitions, demonstrated by his successful leadership in the partnership between TVH and the D’Ieteren Group, which resulted in D’Ieteren acquiring 40% of TVH’s shares in 2021.

Outside of work, Dominiek is a passionate sports enthusiast who values a healthy lifestyle and enjoys cycling, running, and swimming in his free time.
