What could be wrong with the driver’s seat?

Machine drivers usually jump in and out of the machine from the same side. The friction of the driver against that specific side of the seat will be soon visible. There’s not much that can be done to prevent this, but instead of waiting to replace the seat until it is completely torn,  you could go for the quick solution and just replace the seat cushion. 

Some environments can be very dusty or dirty. You can’t control the environment, but you can control the fabric of the driver’s seat. If you choose normal textile upholstery, you won’t be able to clean or wash the seat profoundly. A seat covered by PVC is a better choice if you're active in dusty environments as these seats can be cleaned with water.

The driver's seat may also not have the correct suspension. Seats with mechanical suspension are suitable for environments with flat surfaces. If your driver often needs to drive on bumpy surfaces, choose seats with air suspension. These seats equipped with air suspension function as shock absorbers, which means no shocks and no physical complaints for the driver. But even if the driver is mostly confronted with flat surfaces, a seat with air suspension gives the driver an extra comfortable feeling.

Talking about comfort, you could also consider some extra options to increase the driver's comfort even more. Did you know that you could opt for heated seat cushions? This can be very pleasant during cold weather, but drivers with existing back problems will also appreciate this extra heat. Even basic options like arm rest support or head rest support can already make a big difference.
