6 SIMPLE STEPS TO REPLACE YOUR OLD PARTS

Step 1: Fill in the form and send it to [email protected]  

Follow the instructions on the form and complete all entry fields. Not sure if your part is repairable? Feel free to add some pictures to the e-mail.

Step 2: TVH draws up a quotation

We take a look at your used parts and send you a price proposal.

Step 3: Give your approval

Upon receipt of your approval, we provide you with a purchase order number. 

Step 4:  Prepare your old parts for pick-up

Add the purchase order number to the parcel and state the weight and dimensions; TVH will pick up the goods.

Step 5: Send an invoice

Send an invoice to [email protected] stating your purchase order number.

Step 6: Get your money!

After inspection and approval of the parts, TVH pays your invoice. In the event that the parts are non-repairable, TVH will contact you.
