HOW DO WE WORK?

Based on a jointly defined scope, we develop a technical and financial proposal for materials and working hours.

We develop the complete drive system and carefully select the compatible components needed for optimal and efficient operation. In addition, we are introducing various new technologies, including compact IPM motors, interchangeable battery packs, wireless and EV charging, telematics and much more.

Your team of engineers builds the prototype mechanically and assembles the various components.

Our application engineers take care of the necessary calibration, parameterisation, software development and commissioning of the application.

You will receive an as-built file with diagrams and data sheets. Product lifecycle management from a remanufacturing perspective will be discussed as well.

You are responsible for the homologation and sale of these new, unique and sustainable electric machines.

TVH, as a logistics partner, is responsible for supplying personalised kits based on the Bill of Materials, including loading the software onto controllers.
