NEW MILESTONE FOR TVH: 100,000 REMANUFACTURED PARTS IN 2023

Waregem, Belgium – 20/02/2024. TVH, a global leader in parts and accessories for industrial vehicles, construction, and agricultural equipment, proudly announces a significant achievement in its repair and remanufacturing services. In the year 2023, the company reached a new pinnacle by successfully repairing or remanufacturing 100,000 parts.

What distinguishes TVH is not only the quality of its remanufactured components but also the assurance provided through a comprehensive one-year guarantee. Rigorous testing procedures and the use of specialized test benches ensure that these components meet the standards of new parts, offering customers unparalleled reliability and peace of mind.

TVH conducts 100,000 repairs annually as well as maintains a substantial stock of over 100,000 reconditioned parts. The primary focus remains on providing customers with alternatives that are practically indistinguishable from the original, both in terms of quality and durability.

Joffrey Deylgat, Manager of Remanufactured Parts at TVH, expresses enthusiasm about the continued growth of their repair and remanufacturing services. "In 2024, we are moving our department at our headquarters in Belgium into an even bigger workshop so our growing team of 200 technicians and engineers can continue to deliver high quality service as well as inspire confidence in our customers."

SPECIALIZATION IN ELECTRONICS

In 1995, the company introduced its TVH Electronics laboratory. Initially consisting of only a handful of experts, the department has now grown to encompass over 180 electronics specialists, making it the world's largest service center for electronic parts for construction, agriculture and material handling equipment.

Lorenz Verfaillie, Director Electronics at TVH, highlights the importance of staying updated: “We want to keep up with the latest technologies and strive to further increase our market share in the field of electronic remanufacturing and electrification. Our commitment goes beyond business growth, as we strive to contribute to a more sustainable world through these initiatives.”

A CONSCIOUS CHOICE

The focus on quality and guarantee aligns with TVH's commitment to sustainability, a core pillar of the company recognized through multiple accolades. Most recently, TVH received the EcoVadis Bronze Medal (2022) and was honored as an SDG Pioneer by the United Nations Global Impact Program in 2022.

Over the years, TVH has earned the trust of several market leaders, including Sevcon, Bosch Rexroth, Curtis, SME Group, Parker, Danfoss, and Carraro, who rely on TVH as their official repair and remanufacturing center.
