Repair and test process of remanufactured electric motors

To repair electric motors, we start by completely disassembling them. During this process, we check, clean and repair all parts. We rework the commutator according to specific tolerances. If needed, we varnish and dry the field coils and armatures. All the bearings, seals and brushes are replaced, and we investigate rewinding possibilities.

Once the motor is reassembled, we test it using highly qualified BAKER testing equipment to ensure it is functioning perfectly. A test report is printed for each reman electric motor and this is passed along to the customer. Our range of reman electric motors includes DC and AC motors for drive, pump and power-steering applications.
