BATTERY SUPPLIES INTEGRATES INTO TVH

Over the past couple of months, the teams of both Battery Supplies and TVH have been busy working on the integration. We want to ensure that we can combine and continue to deliver the same great level of service and expertise you've been accustomed to, whilst being able to provide you with many more new products and services in the future.

We are now very pleased to inform you that Battery Supplies will merge into TVH as of February 13th, 2023.

What are the key elements of this integration and what do they mean for both existing and new TVH customers?
Whilst it is our intention to keep changes to a minimum, there will be some operational aspects that require adjustment to align within our organisation. But please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to minimise the impact on your business.

For those who are already familiar with TVH, much of the following information will not be new. In the event you would have any additional questions though, please do not hesitate to contact us. For new TVH customers, the majority of things will remain unchanged, other elements may be slightly different.

The products will be sent from our warehouses in Waregem (Belgium).

Battery Supplies will continue to commercialize all 2V traction and stationary batteries, development of Lithium Custom-Made solutions & Solar batteries.

You can still use the Battery Supplies references, the part numbers are integrated in TVH systems.

MYTOTALSOURCE, OUR ONLINE PLATFORM

All Battery Supplies part numbers will be recognised in our MyTotalSource platform. So you can still use the Battery Supplies references.

MyTotalSource is our online commerce platform that will allow you to request quotes, place and track orders, access to parts search engines, access to catalogues …

Very soon, you will receive the necessary credentials to login to our webshop and you will be contacted by a TVH colleague for further details.

TRANSPORT & DELIVERY

TVH has agreements with couriers that can guarantee next day delivery for your urgent orders placed before a certain cut-off time. This cut-off time may vary depending on the carrier or your country.

ACCOUNTING

TVH will send you the invoices in electronic format. This invoice replaces the paper invoice and has the same legal value. We use the e-mail address that is known in our CRM system, or the e-mail address of your accounts contact person that you want to give us. You can find the bank account details on our invoice.
