When the make of your backhoe loader isn't among our focus makes, there's still a high chance that we'll be able to help. We have many parts in stock and are continually striving to expand our range, adding new parts every day. We’re also (reactively) developing other makes than our nine focuses, such as Komatsu, Terex … Just contact us and we'll see how we can help.

Our quality control department makes sure we only include quality backhoe loader parts and accessories in our product range. We have strict standards:

1. Sourcing and rating suppliers: our new and existing suppliers are constantly assessed on various parameters.
2. Sample testing: all samples received from our suppliers are subjected to in-depth testing.
3. Checks: incoming parts are measured and tested, based on the information stored in the system.
4. Storage: an approved part gets an internal code and label, and is then stored in our warehouse under optimal conditions.

Our electronics department in Belgium is Europe’s largest, best equipped and most diverse service centre (surface of 3500 m²) for the repair of electronic parts for backhoe loaders. There, our engineers work in an ESD-safe zone or EPA (electrostatic protected area).
