Sally Baby Girl Jumalon was born 50 years ago in the Philippines and has been living in Belgium for about 22 years now.
“I was always a housewife. But after my divorce, 5 years ago, I was looking for a job. I had no experience whatsoever and my Dutch was bad. Each time I passed TVH on the motorway, I thought: That looks like a good company to work for. When I went to the employment agency, I noticed a letter by TVH lying there. 'That's where I want to work!' I said. Shortly after I received a call that I could apply with TVH. And that is how I ended up here. When I'm on holiday, I miss my scanner!”

Baby Girl works as an order picker. “Per order there is a label with the references and stock locations. I search the right products, scan them and place them together in a tray. At first, it wasn't easy. Due to the language problem I wasn't as fast as the others. But I worked very hard to understand everything. And now I am among the fastest order pickers.”
