One of our popular attachments is the appliance clamp, which is used primarily for handling large electronic appliances such as washing machines, televisions and ovens. It allows you to safely and efficiently handle these heavy and bulky products without causing damage to the packaging and the goods themselves.

The newest appliance clamp (HEWA) presents several key advancements compared to the HEA model.

From 4 to 6 pressure points

One notable improvement to the HEWA clamp is that it is equipped with six patented adjustable pressure points instead of four. This allows for an even better distribution of force and optimal adjustment of the camber of the pad, resulting in a more secure grip on the appliances.

New valve

The new valve incorporated into the HEWA clamp features a flow divider for synchronised movement of the arms, a regenerative circuit for higher opening speed, and a system to reduce the loss of strength during sideshifting. These improvements ensure that the HEWA clamp operates smoothly and efficiently, reducing the risk of damage to the product being handled.

The intelligent appliance clamp HEXA features sensors that are installed on the pads of the clamp. These sensors are capable of detecting the loads and determining the optimum pressure required to lift the load. This allows for the most appropriate clamping force to be selected, which reduces the possibility of damage caused by excessive clamping force. What's more, the HEXcontrol system is able to adjust the tightening setting remotely.

The system is completely automatic, meaning no manual control of the clamping pressure by the operator is necessary. This removes the possibility that the operator makes a mistake in the clamping force, potentially damaging the goods.
