HOW TO INSTALL CORRECTLY YOUR BRAKE PADS & SHOES

For Brake Pads* :

First secure the vehicle.
Remove the wheel and slider bolt.
Pivot the caliper upwards and take out old brake pads.
Replace retaining clips and install new brake pads.
Check wear of brake discs.
Retract pistons and check brake fluid level.
Reposition the caliper and install a slider bolt.
Test brakes before driving.

For Brake Shoes*:

Remove the wheel, deactivate the handbrake and remove the brake drum.
Clean the drum.
Check the brake drum for wear and check brake cylinders for leakage.
Remove brake shoes and install new brake shoes.
Replace hardware (spring, pins etc.).
Adjust handbrake cable and mount brake drum.
Check brakes before driving.

Tip : Do a top job and clean your brake drums. Use our technical spray
