TVH RENEWS UNITAR SDG CERTIFICATE FOR SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS

23 October 2025

TVH, the West Flemish parts specialist, was awarded the UNITAR SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) Champion certificate for the second consecutive time on Thursday, October 23. The certificate, presented during the 8th Voka Day for Sustainable Business at Technopolis in Mechelen, highlights the company’s long-term vision for Remanufacturing.

“The auditors of the Voka Charter for Sustainable Business were particularly impressed with our Remanufacturing activities,” explains Daniel Rossi (Sustainability Director, TVH). “Reman’s future plans are at the core of our FORWARD28 strategy, which served as the basis for achieving this internationally recognized UNITAR certificate for three more years.”

More than 250 employees work in TVH’s remanufacturing department, rebuilding used parts, such as engines or transmissions, to “like-new” condition. This process not only benefits the environment but also offers economic advantages.

“Our remanufacturing activities are expanding rapidly, and we process more than 100,000 parts per year,” Rossi states. “Earlier this year, our Reman workshop in Waregem moved to a larger facility, and we are also expanding in the US. This enables us to further develop within the circular economy and increase our positive impact on the world.”
