Most parts follow a linear lifecycle: they are manufactured, purchased, used and ultimately trashed when wear and tear get the best of them—not exactly environmentally friendly. However, TVH counteracts this by creating a circular lifecycle: The part is reused in our remanufacturing process, and waste is reduced.

For more than 30 years, our Remanufacturing Division has given a second life to mechanical, hydraulic and electronic parts. We go beyond just repairing the damaged components of a part; these parts, called cores, undergo a whole process in which they are disassembled and, by default, all components known to fail or wear out are replaced. After reassembly, each core undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it functions as before.
