Our range consists of 5 types of hydraulic regulators. Each with its own function and unique properties. The hydraulic regulators we have on offer are:
- Check valves: this is the simplest type of hydraulic regulator. It allows fluid to flow freely in one direction while blocking oil flow in the opposite direction. If the pressure in the right-side port is equal to or higher than the pressure in the left-side port, the check valve will close. The flow is then blocked in the opposite direction. There are also varieties with different patterns.
- Single ball shuttle valves: these valves allow the flow to come from different sources. They direct the highest pressure to a single outlet port. This type of valve is typically used in load sensing circuits or brake circuits.
- Pressure relief valves: this is a form of safety valve that manages and restricts pressure build-up in a hydraulic system. This part prevents overpressure, meaning it is an indispensable safety feature.
- Flow control valves: the purpose of these valves is to regulate the flow rate in a specific area of the hydraulic circuit. By controlling the flow rate to cylinders and motors, the speed of those components is regulated.
- Throttle valves: like a car's throttle, the throttle valves make sure that speeds are managed. They are used to vary the flow rate of pressurized fluid as well as regulating the speed of the machine's actuators.
