How to find the right glass in our online shop

When shopping for glass in our online shop, there are various ways to find the correct reference. The first method is ‘Search by model’, which displays all the available parts for a certain machine. If we have any glass products available for the chosen model, they will naturally be included in the list. Similarly, customers can register the machines for which they frequently order parts in the ‘My Equipment’ feature. This guarantees direct access to the glass items they need most. 

As a parts supplier with over 55 years of experience, we have a long history of publishing physical parts catalogues. Some customers are still most familiar with these, so they are also available to browse and order from in our online shop. Glassinter items and other glass products can be found under the ‘Frame and cabin’ category, in the ‘Windshields & glazing’ catalogue.

In addition to the existing ways to find the correct part, we have added a new search function to our online shop, focused on glass items. The ‘Category Browse’ feature already enables customers to filter products by characteristics such as material, type, shape, height, width, and more. But more importantly, this feature has been further improved with a ‘Filter by equipment’ option that can show all the glass solutions and accessories available for a specific machine. This means customers no longer have to sift through all machine-related parts that would be displayed when using ‘Search by model’.

However, it goes without saying that customers are not required to rely solely on these features to find the right glass. This is particularly important given that glass differs between original equipment (OE) and aftermarket cabins, and our database primarily reflects OE. 

If customers encounter any difficulties in their search, they can always submit a research request. As part of this process, they provide us with all the necessary machine details, and we then inform them of the available references.
