We want to apply our ethical code of conduct throughout our entire value chain, involving both our business partners and employees. With these guidelines, we want to make clear what we expect from them.

  • In TVH’s Modern Slavery Statement, we take a zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery. In this statement, we assert our unwavering commitment to ban the use of forced labour, child labour and human trafficking in any form.

  • Our Business Partner Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards and expectations we have towards our Business Partners. This code applies to all our suppliers, customers, contractors and other third parties when conducting business with or on behalf of TVH. 

  • TVH’s Responsible Sourcing Policy ensures that our sourcing aligns with ethical and sustainable practices. With this policy, we want to make a positive impact on environmental and social issues throughout our supply chain.
     
  • Our internal Code Of Conduct outlines our standards and expectations for ethical behaviour. It guides us in navigating challenging situations such as human rights issues, harassment and corruption.

If a TVH employee or business partner suspects a violation of the law or this Code, they are encouraged to report this via www.tvh.com/raiseyourvoice. 

TVH employees can also report an issue to their supervisors, HR or the Conduct Compliance Team.

People who report a concern in good faith or provide information as a witness in an inquiry of potential misconduct will be protected against retaliation.
