Nudge

A key part of our culture is the Nudge programme, which encourages healthy, positive choices every day. Led by a team of Employee Happiness Advisors, Nudge promotes wellness through themed activities and challenges. All Nudge activities focus on physical wellbeing, mental health and healthy habits. From global challenges to a six-month fitness training programme, Nudge inspires employees to take steps towards better health and fulfilment.
