1. Sourcing and rating suppliers: our new and existing suppliers are constantly assessed on various parameters.
2. Sample testing: all samples received from our suppliers are subjected to in-depth testing.
3. Checks: incoming parts are measured and tested, based on the information stored in the system.
4. Storage: an approved part gets an internal code and label, and is then stored in our warehouse under optimal conditions.

Yes. Our electronics department in Belgium is Europe’s largest, best equipped and most diverse service centre (surface of 3500 m²) for the repair of electronic parts for Bobcat skid steer loaders. There, our engineers work in an ESD-safe zone or EPA (electrostatic protected area).
