When purchasing a Reman part with a core fee, your part will ship with Return Authorization paper work in the same box. Once the part is replaced, place the core in reliable packaging and return the core to TVH. Once it is received by TVH and passes inspection, the core credit will be issued to your account.

2. Receive & Install the Replacement: When your tested, like-new remanufactured part arrives. Install it on your machine to restore full operation immediately.
3. Package the Old Core: Place your core into reliable packaging. Ensure any residual liquids, such as hydraulic fluids, are drained to prevent shipping leaks.
4. Ship & Receive Deposit Refund: Follow the returned core instructions provided with your order. Once TVH receives and inspects the core to verify it meets eligibility requirements, your full core deposit is credited.

Selling Cores to TVH
