TVH ACQUIRES C-TECH

Belgian company TVH Parts Holding NV, the worldwide leader in the replacement parts, rental, and equipment supplier for the industrial equipment industry has acquired the assets of C-Tech Industries, LLC. (C-Tech), a U.S.A. based company that is considered the leading high quality manufacturer of electronic joystick controllers and components for the industrial equipment industry.

C-Tech will serve as a manufacturing division of TVH and will continue to focus on the quality products that they are known for in the industrial equipment industry. With the acquisition of C-Tech, TVH will increase its manufacturing capabilities for the industrial equipment market. C-Tech was founded in 1999 by Greg Greene and through his leadership has become a high quality manufacturer of electronic joystick controllers and components for the industrial equipment industry. C-Tech is located in a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio in an 18,000 ft² state of the art facility where they will continue to manufacture superior quality products for the industrial equipment industry.
