We’re seeking an energetic, results oriented Order Filler with a passion for and experience with working in a distribution center. Located in Greer, SC, as an Order Filler, you’ll be responsible for these essential functions:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Reading pick ticket, distinquish location and part number
• Picking parts according to quantities listed on pick ticket
• Visually identifying that part in location is correct per description and part number listed on pick ticket
• Placing products in toe and label totes for next destination
• Circling quantity fulfilled on the pick ticket and sign off on pick
• Cleaning area at the end of each workday
• Assisting with other duties as directed by Warehouse Supervisor or Manager

• The correct operation and supervision of all warehouse activities.
• Ensuring all employees and activities are operating within designated safety standards, as well as making sure all stock is received and processed in accordance with proper procedures.

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, performing a substantially similar role
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in supervising, selecting, coaching, mentoring, and training staff

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two-year college or technical school OR a minimum of two years’ work experience performing a substantially similar role

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Picking orders form a generated packing slip as they are printed and assigned
• Packing orders in a manner which ensures safe transportation within the courier system
• Assisting in maintaining a clean work area when required.
• Process incoming freight and put away parts in correct bin locations as labeled and verifying parts are the same.
• Shipping orders as per desired method of shipping.
• Lifting up to 50lbs and, with assistance from co-worker, excess of 50lbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and professional presentation of warehouse.
• Notifying inside administration staff of any changes required on customers packing slip.
• Reporting non- conforming products to appropriate personnel.
• Providing excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding the customers’ needs and expectations, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Contributing to team spirit by assisting fellow employees with other tasks related to overall company objectives.
• Performing other duties related to other company business, when required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Related Order Picking experience is a definite asset.
• Use and familiarity with different modes of shipping.
• Must have a Valid Forklift certification.

• Self-motivated with organizational skills are an asset.

We’re seeking an energetic, results oriented Forklift Driver in Olathe (KS).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Packaging: Pack shipments to protect product and label product for accurate identification, including assembling and packaging product adhering to quality requirements.
• Bagging/hand bagging: Performs all bagging and hand bagging functions including running automated bagging machine and making adjustments to maintain quality and increase productivity.
