Discover our range of hydraulic brake pedals
What do you do when you need to brake? You press the pedal. When pressing this pedal, you initiate the whole process of the hydraulic system by shoving a pushrod into the master cylinder and applying brake pressure.
Your machine relies heavily on the hydraulic brake system and its parts for maximum safety. By using and replacing the pedal on time, that safety keeps being guaranteed.
Your application determines the type of hydraulic brake pedal you will need.
- Brake lever: this part can be used between the piston and the pedal, to aid in transferring the braking force from the user to the system.
- Brake fluid: this liquid is used to create pressure, which engages the brake caliper pistons to press against a brake disk. It’s also used to engage the cylinders, who activate the brake shoe inside the drum brake.
- Pad pedal: this rubber pad gives enough stability to the user to safely apply the brake when necessary. Without the pad, slipping off the pedal is a real risk and should therefore be avoided.
