One major obstacle when working in a warehouse environment is the noise level. More often than not workers can’t hear a machine approach. This problem can be alleviated by combining TVH’s wide variety of safety lights such as Dual Color Strobes along with the Blue LED Spotlight and Red and Blue Arrow Lights to create a complete safety zone around your equipment. This application works for all equipment types, makes and models.
Personnel must constantly be aware of their surrounding and the machines working the area. The Dual Color Strobe is the perfect way to alert other workers of the forklift’s action. For example if the forklift is in motion, the strobe will flash one color and when the forklift is stopped and forks are lifting, the strobe will flash another color indicating the forklift is in use. The Blue LED Spotlight projects a highly concentrated blue beam on the floor or ground and is clearly visible to pedestrians and other vehicles in the area, regardless of the surrounding noise level. The Red and Blue Arrow Light emits a highly visible red or blue arrow on the ground in front of the machine, clearly indicating which direction it’s traveling.
