Recently, TVH employees in Olathe had the opportunity to attend a two-day Parts Professional course filled with learning and fun! With Parts Professional, we encourage our customers to send their employees to this class and we believe in it so much - we send our own employees as well! This course is designed to establish knowledge of different truck classifications, understand models, explore frequently used parts and explore our extraordinary online tools, IRMN and Xpart.
The first day of the Parts Professional class consists of an extensive and engaging part break down of every part in a forklift. During the second day, students get to walk around the classroom and do some hands-on activities to identify different assemblies. One of the many purposes of this two-day class is that employees get to learn and be exposed to the parts we offer. This way, we can continue to be the One-Stop-Shop for all of your needs.
At the end of the two-day course, students received a certificate of completion. The Parts Professional course was a success in Olathe! “I found the Parts Professional class very interesting. It was great to learn about many of the parts that TVH sells. I learned a lot and would highly recommend it to my colleagues,” said Karen Finney, Customer Support.
TVH University was created in 2007 to give our customers a program to enhance their knowledge of new generation mechanical systems, emerging technologies and professional skills.
