The TVH story started in 1969 when Paul Thermote and Paul Vanhalst began maintaining and selling agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and forklift trucks in Belgium. In 1987, the international expansion began by establishing operations in France. From there on out, TVH has grown to be a worldwide company through innovations and acquisitions.
Today, TVH has 72 branches selling in 172 countries and we pride ourselves in representing 64 nationalities and offering support in 37 languages. What started as 2 employees in 1969 has now grown to almost 4,000 employees worldwide! Also, we did not stop at selling agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and forklifts. TVH now offers more than 39 million products for all major OEMs for forklifts, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, rough terrain forklifts, port and container handling, personnel and burden carriers, sweepers and scrubbers, truck mounted forklifts, handling equipment, small earth moving equipment, and more!
