We Are One Continues Promoting TVH Values at TVH

TVH in the Americas (TVH), a leading provider of quality replacement parts and accessories for the material handling and equipment industries, organized another successful We Are One event to promote the five company values.

With 14 locations in four countries, it’s important to stay connected as one company. The We Are One program was created to encourage and promote TVH’s five core company values of Power, Spirit, Group, Soul and Goal. Each value celebrates the strength that TVH demonstrates when we all come together and work as one. 

Every month, TVH employees are treated to an event that promotes working together, supporting each other and being the key to one another’s success as an employee, a team and a company.  Throughout the year, employees enjoy smoothie day, lunch provided by a food truck, a pumpkin carving contest and more. The different events allow employees to establish connections with managers outside of their departments further solidifying our We Are One culture.

TVH kicked off the summer with a delicious cool treat on July 13, 2017, to bring employees together to enjoy a delicious and healthy treat in a fun, comfortable & employee-friendly environment. In 2017, TVH will continue providing fun celebrations that focus on the We Are One core values.
