OPEN VACANCIES
As a Marketing Manager, you will ensure development and execution of corporate marketing, communication and advertising strategies and programs towards achievement of marketing and project timeline goals and objectives and consistency with company branding and communication standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing marketing, communications and advertising initiatives and programs focused on increasing brand recognition, sales volume and customer relationship development.
- Guiding team members in delivery of marketing, communications and advertising initiatives and programs.
- Ensuring oversight and accountability for staff overtime, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for meeting departmental objectives.
- Mentoring and developing management staff for future leadership roles within TVH and other areas of the business.
- Providing oversight and ensuring effective scheduling, coordination, set up and execution of TVH’s participation in trade shows.
- Ensuring reporting and analysis of marketing and advertising web presence, social media, and promotions and provides to departmental and executive management.
- Collaborating with Human Resources in the management of talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and compensation, and with other teams across TVH Americas to ensure a cohesive, positive customer experience.
- Identifying, developing, maintaining and reporting key metrics for measuring performance of areas of accountability and ensure consistency and accuracy in metrics reported.
- Ensuring communication and cooperation with and between other departments and locations across TVH Parts Co. – Americas and globally.
- Serve as a positive leadership role model for all employees.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or a minimum of four years work experience performing marketing, communications and advertising functions.

Min. of 5 years work experience in executing advertising and marketing strategies, software, and tools, and in supervising, selecting, coaching, mentoring and training staff.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in branding, website and social media best practices and analytics.

Experience and/or ability to effectively use project management, customer relationship management, e-commerce and marketing software and tools.

Prior experience and/or proficient knowledge in using and navigating a business ERP systems, developing and delivering presentations.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead marketing projects from concept to execution and post project evaluation, including development of timelines, budgets, pricing analysis, and revenue forecasts for products, programs and services.
You will be responsible for:
- Working independently and with other departments to develop and track marketing programs and projects to meet corporate objective and increase market share.
- Collaborating with Graphic Designers, Marketing Coordinators/Assistants, Marketing management, and editors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Working closely with advertising in the development and updates of product literature
- Planning and executing training programs for customers and sales teams.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and developing plans necessary to continuously move the marketing team forward.
- Preparing marketing reports and distributing them accordingly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or have equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years’ project management / coordination experience in a marketing department.
- Proven track record in effectively managing and driving multiple projects to completion simultaneously while meeting accuracy and timeline requirements.
- Proficient understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and reporting using Google Analytics.
