Bio:
Pascal is an agile coach at TeamPowr. Pascal has 15+ years of experience in applying agile & lean and making the change towards this mindset in organizations. Pascal worked in different roles (software developer, scrum master, PMO lead, facilitator, solution designer, enterprise architect, agile coach, organisation designer) and in different sectors (marketing, healthcare, telecom, energy). Pascal helps teams to "thrive", guiding them towards growth and success using their own abilities. Pascal also coaches organizations in creating the right environment for agile by changing the way their operating system works.

Presentation

At the end of the session, Pascal did an interactive exercise with the participants. Through a Liberating structure 25/10 crowd sourcing he got the 10 best ideas from the group about what they wanted to try themselves after having gained some inspiration in the session.
