High Capacity Load Wheels 

Thombert has load wheels for all the major brands of electric forklifts.  From long load rollers to stabilizer wheels for your pallet jacks, to outrigger wheels for your reach truck and order pickers.  Thombert offers several polyurethane compounds for specific applications.  By selecting the best compound for your specific need, Thombert can minimize your downtime.

Press-On Polyurethane Tires

Thombert offers a full line of polyurethane press-on tires for all brands of electric lift trucks.  Each tire is built to meet the demands of your unique warehouse environment.  No matter the durometer, Thombert will help you select the compound that will help you achieve your productivity. 

Also available is a full line of polyurethane press-on tires that offer improved traction on wet floors.  Razor-Siping, Router-Siping, and THp-Grip (Hole pattern), that will increase operator safety on a wet floor.   

Application Specific Polyurethane Compounds

Dyalon “B” – Black (83 Durometer)

This is the general-purpose workhorse from Thombert. It offers the perfect balance of load capacity, durability, and reduced rolling resistance for everyday warehouse applications.  Lower rolling resistance equals longer battery life!  Good for general purpose use in warehouses with shorter runs and lighter loads.  Great for press-on tires and operator comfort.  Don’t let the softer 83 durometer fool you, this compound can resist cutting and tearing from floor debris and other menacing items on a warehouse floor. 

Dyalon “A” – Green (95 Durometer)

Thombert’s Dyalon “A” is best suited for long warehouse runs and heavy loads.  It is field proven to resist heat build-up under the heaviest load.  It also provides resistance to cutting and tearing from warehouse floor debris. Best in high throughput environments.  

Dyalon “J” – Black (90 Durometer) 

(Available in a few select tires – No wheels)

Offered only on some select drive tires for order pickers and reach trucks that require the unique blend of load capacity and traction.  This compound was formulated by Thombert to help major OEM’s address high-load applications  while also meeting the ANSI braking requirements for safety.  Dyalon “J” is absolutely unique in meeting both of those OEM requests.  

Vulkollan – Natural Tan (93 Durometer)

Vulkollan is a compound formulated for long warehouse runs and extreme load environments.  No other compound can carry the loads or resist heat buildup the way Vulkollan can!  Field proven in the harshest of environments where high loads and floor conditions can reduce wheel and tire life.
