On 16 February 2013, the Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA) will present its annual 'Awards for Excellence' in the Hilton in Birmingham. Just the other day the nominations for these prestigious prizes were published. TVH was nominated in the category 'Innovation', more specifically for its new MyTotalSource interactive webshop.
MyTotalSource is TVH's interactive webshop. Customers can – among other things – call up prices, place orders and look up parts. It is no longer necessary to install a special program for this onto your PC, you can now simply log on to www.mytotalsource.tvh.com. To familiarize customers with this user-friendly webshop, TVH organizes online web meetings. During such a meeting, the customers can observe the functioning and all different possibilities of the system and they can ask oriented questions.
The members organisation Fork Lift Truck Association is the first contact point for information and advice about lift trucks and internal transporting equipment in the United Kingdom. Some of their members are leading lift truck dealers, manufacturers and training centres. These are screened by FLTA according to the highest standards with regard to professionalism, safety and service.
