Calling up prices, placing orders, looking up parts and much more. Since 2012 TVH-customers can do this online via MyTotalSource. Thanks to this online webshop, it is no longer necessary to install a special program, customers can simply log on to www.mytotalsource.tvh.com.
One year after the introduction, the user-friendly system is given a positive evaluation. furthermore MyTotalSource was among the winners at the 19th ANAPAT-convention in Madrid and received the award 'Innovation in the sector of Maintenance and Aerial Platforms'.
'Work in Progress'
MyTotalSource is compatible with both Android and Windows, on Mac, iPad ... For the customer this means an unprecedented flexibility. As soon as an internet connection is available, the customer can start working with the program.
MyTotalSource is available in 20 languages and offers access worldwide. So far the online shop was already accessible in English in Russia, this was recently also made available in Russian (Cyrillic).
Both looking up parts and ordering them is possible by means of the handy search engines MyPartsFinder and MyProductSearch. In addition the system also offers modules for the consultation of invoices and of all TVH catalogues, the possibility to view current promotions and after-sales service info.
The past year brought positive figures, with 43% of the offers and 39% of the ordering being processed via MyTotalSource. A lot of customers already found their way to the online shop and are very enthusiastic. The specialists at TVH continue to develop the webshop and regularly implement new functionalities. Every day people are working hard to make the system even more customer- and user-friendly. The following options will be launched as of this month:
. adding extra text on offers,
. printing labels,
. weight visible in the offer screen,
. printing a shipping confirmation,
. exporting invoice data to Excel.
